However, we do recommend pre-booking at least 24 hours ahead for busy weekends or specific craft sessions to guarantee your station. We also accept advance bookings for sessions in remote off-site locations.
Nothing at all. All materials, tools, and protective gear (aprons, gloves where needed) are included in the session price. Just show up in clothes you don't mind getting messy.
Yes. Our kids' sessions are supervised by trained instructors throughout. Parents are welcome to stay, watch, or drop off and come back — whatever works for you.
Life happens. Let us know at least 12 hours before your session and we'll reschedule you at no extra cost. For last-minute cancellations, please message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
Absolutely — we host private group bookings at our Cotton Tree Resort studio and also travel to remote locations across Nairobi. We bring all materials, tools, and instructors to your private party, school, corporate office, or event venue.
Payment is on the day of your session. We accept cash and M-Pesa. Full payment details are sent when we confirm your booking.
